All orders are currently taken over the phone ONLY.
All items sold will be charged 6% tax regardless of where they are being shipped.
Shipment processing time
All orders will begin production within 5-7 business days of an order being placed.
The lead time for production will vary depending on product and volume ordered. Generally, lead time is less than 6 weeks and once shipped, 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. No item will be shipped until funds have been cleared and are available to us.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated depending on where the item(s) is being shipped.
-Orders shipped within the Continental US include shipping in the list price.
-Orders shipped to customers outside of the Continental US and Canada will be quoted shipping rates on an individual basis.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please contact the carrier about delivery delays.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Roof Equipment, LLC only ships to addresses within the U.S. and Canada. We will NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. It is your responsibility to make sure you are able to receive the shipment at the address you provide.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation from us via email or phone call once your order has shipped. We can provide you with your tracking number(s) upon request.
Roof Equipment, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. The shipping containers will have stickers that require the customer to inspect the shipment prior to accepting it to verify whether any damage occurred enroute.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Roof Equipment, LLC does not accept returns. All sales are final.
